What is JobClub?
JobClub is more than a job board!... we're a Recruiting Manager's best friend. From your 1 account here you will be able to post your jobs onto our entire JobClub network of job boards & websites for free. That's 11 million jobseekers per month. Plus, during the posting process you have the option to add other services if you wish, including; major job boards, niche industry packages, resume matching, Google job ads, ad performance tracking & local newspaper advertising. All this from your 1 account at JobClub! We make it super easy!


How much do you charge?
Our regular rate of $99 per 30-day posting on JobClub.com has been waived for the remainder of 2008. That's right... JobClub is FREE until 2009. Each new account is loaded with 50 posting tokens to use for placing job ads on JobClub.com (which reaches 11 million jobseekers per month!). If you happen to run out of tokens before 12/31/08... just let us know and we'll put more in for you to use. You also have the option to add other job boards, websites & advertising services if you wish. Those services all have their own individual prices which are detailed on our Cross-Posting Page you'll see as you post jobs.


How can you give your job posting away?
Yes, we know... it sounds to good to be true. We've been placing recruitment ads for over 20 years... it's what we do. We figure that once Recruiters & Employers experience how easy it is to use JobClub and see all the advantages, you'll be a client for life. Sure, we could charge as much as Monster - you'll get almost the same amount of response to your ads - but that's not why we're here, we're here to make your job easier.

How long do my ads stay online?
All jobs posted up to the JobClub.com site are up and searchable for 30-days. If you are posting onto other sites through our Cross-Posting Page, the amount of time that an ad is "Live" varies by site/service. Here's a brief list of the most popular sites/services:
- Monster = 60-days - Careerbuilder = 30-days - HotJobs = 30-days -
- Local Craigslist/EG = 30-days - Niche Industry Packages = 30-days -
- Google Job Ads = 2-Weeks - Local Newspaper Ads = 1 Sunday -

Who sees my ads?
Each job posting you place on JobClub is uploaded as a "Sponsored" posting for 30-days on our complete network of sites, including Indeed & SimplyHired. Your ads will be at the top of the search results pages in front of the 3rd largest pool of jobseekers on the internet, featuring over 11 million jobseekers per month. Other websites on our free network include: Job.com, LinkedIn.com, About.com, Topix.com and many more popular destinations. Of course, if you add other advertising options from our Cross-Posting Page you'll be expanding that reach.

How can you save me time with posting my jobs?
Come on!... 1 account for placing your ads onto job boards, niche industry websites, search engines, local newspapers, ad performance tracking and resume matching? It's a no-brainer. All from your 1 account here at JobClub. Wow!

Can I place ads onto major job boards through my JobClub account?
Sure! We've made using JobClub as easy as possible. From your 1 account here at JobClub you can place ads on any of the major job boards (ie: Careerbuilder, Yahoo! HotJobs, Monster, etc). If you already have a contract with one of the big guys, all you need to do is let us know how many postings you have left. We can load in an equal amount of tokens into your JobClub account so that you can use our Cross-Posting Page to place ads onto the major job boards.

I don't see the site where I need to advertise on your list of sites.
Don't see a site you want to advertise on? No problem. There are two ways to get a quote. 1) When posting your job ad, at the bottom of the right hand column of the Cross-Posting Page there is a category called, Print Advertising or Website not listed above. There you can fill out the Website Name and Comments when submitting your ad and we'll email you a quote for the site you entered or Give us a call at: 800-333-1228, or send an email to: admin(at)JobClub.com, and we'll get everything going for you. If we find that the site is popular enough with the rest of our clients, we'll add it to our Cross-Posting Page permanently.

How do I place an ad in my local paper?
If you need to run in print... we do that, too! There are two ways to get a quote. 1) When posting your job ad, at the bottom of the right hand column of the Cross-Posting Page there is a category called, Print Advertising or Website not listed above. There you can fill out the Newspaper Name, City & State, and Comments when submitting your ad and we'll email you a quote for the newspaper/market you entered. 2) Give us a call at: 800-333-1228, or send an email to: admin(at)JobClub.com, and we'll get everything going for you.

Can you help me write my ads?
We have a full-time staff at our corporate HQ whose sole responsibility is to help our clients write advertising copy and produce display ads. Behind the scenes we have a full blown ad agency staff at your disposal, including account executives, media buyers, graphic artists and copywriters.

Can I be invoiced for my purchase and how long does it take?
In order to be invoiced for advertising, we require a Credit Application approved and on file in our business office. It's pretty simple "industry standard" stuff. Please call us for more info - 800-333-1228.

Do you work with any Organizations or Associations?
Not only do we work with industry-specific Organizations & Associations as clients (we help them place their recruitment ads), we can also place your ads onto any fraternal organization or association's website or job board. Just let us know which one you are interested in, and we'll let you know the advertising options available.

I need more qualified candidates?
There are two ways to effectively reach more qualified applicants. 1) Write job ads that require the candidates to have more specific, or higher level, education or work history before they can apply for your positions. 2) Run your job ads on industry-specific websites & jobsites, that cater to people in a particular industry. This can be very effective done with one of our many Niche Job Board Packages. Please call us for more info - 800-333-1228.

What if I only want to advertise in my local area?
There are three ways to effectively reach more local applicants. 1) Write job ads that require the candidates live is a certain geographical area before they can apply for your positions. 2) Run your job ads on location-specific websites & jobsites, that cater to jobseekers in a particular geographical area (ie: our Local Niche Job Board Package, featuring EmploymentGuide & Craigslist sites would be a great local option). 3) Run your job ads on our Google Job Ad option. This puts your ads on the Search Results Pages for Google - it's the perfect way to focus your search for people who live in a certain defined geographical area.
